A One Van Lines

They performed my move 12/26/2025. They were prompt and wasted no time in getting to work. I was informed by their administrator they would call me at roughly 6:30 am and did they as promised. They arrived at 7 am. It took approximately 3:30 minutes. I took the promotional package that give me 3 hours. Well, I did no realize how much had to be actually moved. They performed the move and nothing was damaged or misplaced. I am beyond satisfied and if I move again, they will be who I use. I highly recommend and using them because they are employees not day contract workers. Therefore, they are invested in doing it correctly. Thanks to The Brian team. Professionals from start to finish! I pray God richly blesses your organization and team.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $14700

I was very disappointed with this company, they gave me $ 875 estimate for moving 3 bedroom house from Queens to Brooklyn , was 4 guys which worked very slow but interesting point that it took them 8 hours to move plus they charged my husband for the mattress covers which they "forgot to give us back''.
Before unloading the track they ask for payment, explaining that they want to make sure we will pay, anyhow the bill was $1775 total plus they damaged two couches, audio monitor and walls . It was basically was $ 1000 damage at least . When I called Susan and explained that I m not happy about damage she changed her sweet tone of voice and told me that I didn't purchase extra insurance for covering big damage like that and offered me $100. It was ridiculous!!
I m still waiting for her $100 which would not change anything.
I m writing this review just after moving back to Queens and another company charged me $695 total for moving the same stuff. It was suppose to be the right price!
So, if you're new in the city and don't know the market it's easy to find such people, what can I say ,
I learned my lesson, and I m actually surprised how this company had good reviews which I read before hiring them..

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1775

My fiancee and I were nervous about moving from our third floor apartment, but they were absolutely fantastic! They were quick, courteous, and careful. We have several pieces of furniture that are nearly impossible to lift, and they not only easily maneuvered them but put them exactly where we requested in the new apartment! And if you're transporting glass or T.V.s you have nothing to worry about, because our full-glass china cabinet and 2 large T.V.s were brought over without a scratch!

I will try to be the most objective as possible. I had a domestic calamity around two years ago, that's the reason why I googled for last-minute movers and I found A-One Van Lines on the internet. Louis was very gentle, and due to the stress of my situation, the patience from the customer service department is highly appreciated. They handle a decent response-time and cover the most critical details to perform a good move. The truck's driver was supposed to contact me once he arrived in California but he was delayed by one day; I understand there are so many factors that could impact the punctuality of the truck, however, exempting for that everything goes smooth and my stuff was delivered with no issues.

I recommend this company for those who are in a rush and looking for kind people on the other side of the phone.

After contacting a few different companies for moving services, A One Van Lines was not only the cheapest but the easiest and best customer service. They weren't too aggressive in contacting me prior to making a reservation with their company. Making the reservation was easy and they were extremely responsive to any questions I had. The day of the move, I was extremely nervous about how the move would go as I have never used movers before. I was contacted 25 minutes prior to them arriving, so I was able to leave work and meet them at my place. My movers were Vivian and Vernard. They were amazing, helpful and made the who process easy and flawless. I set aside too much stuff that I would take on my own, but after talking with the guys they told me not to worry and moved everything! They were able to pack up and move all of my things in about an hour and 45 minutes (I only was moving about 5 miles away, but it was on the third floor). My expectations were exceeded way beyond what I thought it was going to be.

Everyone at A One Van Lines was so nice and very professional! This is the second time we have used the company in one year, and they were great! Very affordable and they will disassemble and reassemble your furniture for free. Louis and Jeremy were so nice and helpful over the phone. Shawn and Jamel did an excellent job with our big move 25 miles away. They worked quickly and were so nice. We appreciated how flexible they were and the availability for our move date and time. They were careful with wrapping our furniture and they were accommodating in making stops to our storage unit as well. Thank you so much, guys!

First, we would like to complement A One moving company, especially Susan and Yosef for their help and professionalism in the moving process from our Home in Pennsylvania to our home in Florida.

Before our move there was a lot of confusion because there was a lot to do and little time to do everything.

So, here is where Susan and Josef came in and explained the moving procedure to us.We sat down and closely listened to them and all of a sudden things came right into view and we both just relaxed. As they spoke with us on several occasions it felt they almost became friends or family members to me and my wife.

When the movers came for our move the drivers put everything in the moving truck very carefully and got ready to move our belongings .

Unfortunately there was a pending hurricane that was predicted and they had mentioned that if were going to hit then our move may take a few days longer then first predicted, which did happen.

However, they did and continued to call us with the latest news, Once they were on the road again they told us exactly when the moving truck would be there and it was exactly the time that they promised.

When they pulled into my community they drove to our home and after all of the paper work was completed they started to unload all of the boxes and put everything into the designated rooms where they were supposed to be.

*NOTE: my we suggest that every box or carton be marked by number and place as to where everything should be, it will save a lot of time and problems when everything being put in is proper place..

You know what? We have developed a friendly business like relationship with them, as a matter of fact we still keep in touch with them.

Anyway may we suggest if you ever have to use them especially Susan and Yosef. You won't be disappointed.

I was moving cross country and I needed to move all my furniture from a two bedroom apartment to Las Vegas, NV. I contacted A One Van Lines since they were referred to me by a friend who used them a few times for moves within the city. I was extremely happy with how quickly they were able to pack up my life and get it on the truck. They delivered all my furniture on the day they promised which gave me piece of mind since I was on a tight schedule to start work in NV. I'm an extremely organized person so I knew exactly how many boxes were packed and thir contents. Nothing was missing and there were no damages.  When I got the final bill, I wasn't surprised by a much larger number than quoted. They quoted me correctly to begin with so I was prepared for the final amount. If I move again, I will be using them.
